Celebrate your dog or cat by shining a spotlight on them on Tails Tuesdays at the TailsByTheLake Dog Blog and Cat Blog. We’ll be highlighting one dog and cat each Tuesday by showcasing their photo, name, age, and hobbies.

Here’s what you need to do:

Email tailsbythelake1@gmail.com with the following information:

1. In the Subject line, write “Tails Tuesdays”

2. Attach a jpeg or gif photo of your dog or cat to the email.

3. In the email, include your dog or cat’s name, age, and favorite hobbies (about three to four sentences about your dog’s favorite activities, treats, products, etc.). Also include your first name (last name if you’d like), so we can give a nod to their owner, too!

Deni from Tails by the Lake takes on Summer Hiking & Swimming…

Hi everyone, Deni the Golden Mix here – my parents own Tails by the Lake.com and I must say that I have had a great summer of hiking and swimming.  I like to swim & hike with my brother Guinness – he’s a Leonberger mix that’s not quite as smart as me but I still have fun with him despite his shortcomings.  I have a doggie life jacket for swimming as I may be smart but my swimming skills are lacking.  Of course they work great even if you are a good swimmer as they have saved several doggie friends of mine.  Well, until next time play hard & nap often.
